" . Kade then took his first steps to enter the business world. Aged only 25 years old, he invested a $300,000 bank loan for his new project “Home Projectz P/L". Which was the first company that he established. Home Projectz P/L quickly achieved great success by completing over 60 projects worth more than $8 Million in its first three years of trading .Home Projectz P/L main business started from renovating homes and apartments, then developed to new houses and entire apartment block refurbishments. While Mr. Hancock was becoming one of biggest business professionals over the construction market within his sector.Developing his success and taking his business to a higher level, Kade Hancock came up with a new brilliant idea and again he turned it to a successful investment business project when he founded “Home Projectz Development " , a company that was prospecting for underdeveloped sites and properties in need of renovation . Helping investor’s purchase the properties in order to be quickly refurbished then the returns are delivered back to them.After the great growth and the success it achieved, "Home Projectz" unfortunately failed in 2012 due to pressures from rapid expansion and cash-flow issues, but Mr. Hancock is a business professional, he lost his company but he did not lose his passion, in fact, he questioned the reasons and learned from his mistakes than he decided to move on forward to overcome his loss."Every time I find a good idea or listen to a good idea that seems practical, I try always to apply it to the business." stated Mr. Hancock. He was he willing to transforming the fall of Home Projectz to a new successful beginning and he did that.In 2014 Kade Hancock has now completed a new project. A whole new technology to the properties market and the construction sector, called “Huntley Panels". This new creative technology of fully pre-fabricating homes off site, where all parts and panels are finally delivered ready for installation, it is the great technology of having your modular home being built in a matter of few weeks instead of long months . His aim is always to find a better solution for the consumer and to reduce the building cost and risks, for that Mr Hancock will be always developing his business and enlarging his successful career , he said : " I always had an entrepreneurial mindset and love innovating, this is my passion and will be my life’s work.".
